Because all of our products are digital goods, all sales are final.

 

1. Digital Song Purchases

 

Once a digital file has been delivered (download available), no refund or cancellation is possible.

2. Custom Song Projects

 

Refunds are not provided once work has started.

A refund may be offered only if:
We have not begun work on your custom order.
You submit the request within 24 hours of purchase.
Otherwise, payment covers time, effort, and production work already invested.

3. Physical Products

 

All physical products are handled by 3rd party global manufacturers. If there is a problem with you order, contact information for that manufacturer will be provided on your item's shipping label. If your item is not delivered within 30 days please contact us.

 

4. Failed Downloads or Technical Issues

 

If you encounter:

- Broken links
- Inaccessible downloads
- Corrupt files

 

We will re-send or re-provide the content at no cost.
