1. Digital Song Purchases

 

Once a digital file has been delivered (download available), no refund or cancellation is possible.

2. Custom Song Projects

 

Refunds are not provided once work has started.

A refund may be offered only if:
We have not begun work on your custom order.
You submit the request within 24 hours of purchase.
Otherwise, payment covers time, effort, and production work already invested.

3. Physical Products

 

All physical products are handled by 3rd party global manufacturers. Refunds are offered by a case-by-case basis. If there is a problem with your order, or if your item is not delivered within 30 days, please contact us.

 

4. Failed Downloads or Technical Issues

 

If you encounter:

- Broken links
- Inaccessible downloads
- Corrupt files

 

We will re-send or re-provide the content at no cost.
