For the past 25 years, my work in the video game industry has taken me all over North America with the help of my best friends. I have experienced nearly every kind of travel situation, both good and bad, and learned that no matter how much you plan, unexpected challenges always come up.

Now I feel my next mission is to help change the travel industry for people with severe mobility impairments, especially in air travel. At the moment I am landlocked unless I take a cruise lasting several months, and that should not be the only option.

​

But this is not only about travel. It is about changing how society sees and supports people with disabilities around the world. In many places there is still a lack of infrastructure and dignity for those with disabilities, and that needs to change.

​

If we can influence the travel industry, we can start changing hearts and minds too. My dream is to make travel accessible and dignified for everyone, everywhere.
