2. Digital & Physical Products
All digital products, sound packs, and custom song projects, are delivered electronically.
No physical items will be shipped.

All physical products are handled by 3rd party global manufacturers. If there is a problem with you order, contact information for that manufacturer will be provided on your item's shipping label. If your item is not delivered within 30 days please contact us.

3. Licensing & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise stated:
- Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the digital assets for personal or commercial projects.
- You may not resell, re-distribute, or repackage our digital assets as standalone items.
- You may use the assets in: videos, streams, podcasts, games, apps, creative or commercial productions
Custom projects may include additional licensing terms, defined at the time of purchase.
4. Custom Orders
For custom song projects:
- You must provide accurate project instructions.
- 3 Revisions are provided as per the package purchased.
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
6. Refunds
As all products are digital, all sales are final.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the website — including songs, artwork, branding, text, and code — is owned by Team Nomad Studio.
